extremely low cal recipes
i know it’s tough to find super low cal recipes that can actually be filling, or somewhat filling. these are some of my own that i hope you enjoy too.
• 2 large eggs, but use only the whites (34 calories)
• 1 cup of spinach (7 calories)
put in pan with VERY LITTLE OIL and cook them together. add salt and pepper.
total calories: 41

• 1 cup chopped celery (16 calories) OR two long stalks chopped (12 calories)
• 2 cups chicken broth (30 calories)
• cayenne pepper/salt/pepper/hot sauce, whatever seasoning you want (be careful of salt because of the sodium)
put in pot and boil chicken broth with celery in it. take off heat and season to taste
total calories: 46 or 42, or less depending on how much celery you put in it

• 1/2 cup canned mushrooms (20 calories)
• 1 cup chicken broth (15 calories)
• 1 stalk of celery
• cayenne pepper
put in pot and heat up broth and mushrooms and celery. take of heat and add cayenne.
total calories: 35

• 1/4 cup canned black beans (55 calories)
• 1/2 cup canned mushrooms (20 calories)
heat in pot. take off heat and add cayenne.
total calories: 75 (can vary depending on black bean brand)

• 1 1/3 cup of broccoli (30 calories)
• 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables, the kind in the freezer bags (60 calories)
• cayenne pepper
heat them both up any way you can, whether its on the stove or in the microwave in a bowl of water. drain. add cayenne pepper.
total calories: 90

My best losing weight tips which have helped me!
1. Make sure you 100% are drinking at least 2 liters of water a day, if you can drink more then do (but dont drink to much in a go or it can make your stomach hurt etc).
2. I would really recommend trying zero sugar flavoured water its only like 5 calories and it tastes really good so it fills you up.
3. Never make yourself throw up, its much easier to just fast the next day and it causes so many health problems that will slow down your metabolism.
4. I would also say when it comes to eating stick to 450 cals and below a day (I never really go over 300 unless im super hungry)
5. The key to eating low cal for me is that I found something super low in calories that I love to eat (raw mushrooms, 4 calories per one)
6. I always fast at least 1 day a week. I would prefer to fast 2 or even 3 but its hard when im also working and now im back from uni.
7. Never go more than 72 hours without food, the last thing you want is to cause a heart attack or something like that.
8. Never eat after 7pm unless you are finishing a fast.
9. Avoid alcohol it has way to many calories.
10. If you do want to drink vodka and diet coke is the best (80 cal)
11. When you are fasting the best way to avoid eating I find is to pick a drink that’s below 50 cals that you love and allow yourself one or two a day if you are really hungry, you wont break your fast and it will make you happy (mine is tea with milk and sugar).
12. Make sure you change your cal intake everyday so that it keeps your metabolism moving.
13. I would exercise at least once a day (Its easy for me because im part of a gym) but when I was at uni, I would do jumping jacks in my room, or remember 10,000 steps burn 400 calories. Take it slow if you are feeling faint and just try to keep moving.
14. stretch at least 2 times a day.
15. Drink more water on days of fasts, and drink zero cal drinks like diet coke for energy.
16. Finally remember that theres no such thing as failing at this, one set back doesn’t take you back to the start. I got drunk this week and binged and ate 1500 cals, but I still lost 7 pounds. Just think that even if you binge unless you eat over 1890 calories you wont gain any weight.
